Kari is a natural leader, proven by her experience as a law clerk and a licensed paralegal who managed countless cases for junior lawyers. Kari’s leadership skills allow her to run the Carleton Financial Services Inc. business successfully. 

Kari works directly with Rob to coordinate and manage all areas of the operation to ensure efficiency and compliance requirements are met, as well as handling Rob’s schedule corporately and personally. Kari also leads and supports all team members.

Kari’s organizational and time management skills and her ability to work well under pressure with a positive attitude make her a great asset to the team.

Outside the office, Kari enjoys spending time with her family (and giant fur babies!).
